Immunity Enhance With Acupressure Points

As the world scrambles to find a cure for COVID-19., immunity is the only protection. There is recovery too from the deadly disease only if your own body is strong enough to prevent and fight with the virus. This requires a  strong and effective immunity system to protect oneself. My each write up insists on channelizing and enhancing one’s own energy and immunity hidden in our body. This small write up will teach you on increasing immunity by channelizing certain acupressure points of the body.  

Acupressure points in body to raise immunity

We have trillion antibodies and a human body has self repairing mechanism. We just need to activate it or trigger the points to kickstart our immune system working. Work up religiously on these FIVE ACUPRESSURE POINTS to enhance your own immune system.

Point LI – 11

Reach out to your Flex elbow point which is towards the end of the crease. This is called as the Point for balance and homeostatic conditions. Now pump this acupressure point 5 times and circulate it 5 times.  Even if you only pump the acupressure point, it will raise the immunity system and pressure around it will stimulate the system.

Point Li – 4

Grab the thumb of your either palm and catch hold of the point at the end of crease of the thumb. This acupressure point is for nose and throat problems. Start circulating this point for 5 minutes using the other thumb or even a pen as a tool. This pressure will help raise immune system.

Stomach – 36

This acupressure point is on your knees. Just keep your palms on the knees with the position of fingers pointing towards the toes. Now find the point where your ring finger ends on a side. This Point is stomach 36. It is an excellent immune booster acupressure point of body n takes care of many diseases.

Point 4 – SP6

This point is at Tip of ankle joint.  Keep your 4 FINGERS above the ankle joint. The point where last finger falls is the acupressure point. You can use different techniques and tools like pen without a refill, a pencil, a soft wooden acupressure stick and others to circulate this point for about 5 minutes.

  • Bhastrika Pranayam 200 times, twice a day
  • Kapaalbhaati Pranayam 200 times, twice a day

Meditating upon green color at Center of Bliss which is right  between the chest, is also extremely beneficial as it helps to channelize one’s own body energy into improving immunity.
